The Horror Movie Show 0005: They Could Of Waited Another Year
Episode 5 Podcast disussion starts off with a review of the theatrical release of The Stepfather, currently showing at many theaters. Yet again another remake with Dylan Walsh playing the role of a pyscho Dad hell bent on having a perfect family.
The second movie reviewed is the recently released DVD for Behind The Mask: The Rise Of Leslie Vernon. A journalist and her film crew document a serial killer as he walks them through a killing spree. Notable cameos by Robert Englund and Zelda Rubinstein.
The HorrorGal announces a Red Box special which will let you rent a free DVD using a code, and the HorrorGuy suggests Doghouse over Zombieland.

Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year to your staff.
All the best and continued success!
The Stepfather is nothing for than an LMN movie with a touch more gore. Cant believe this made it to the big screen. Many movies on the same line as this. My rating would be a 3.
They could and “Should” of waited several years for both these movies apparently, or I got a better idea, never release them at all on DVD — lol — Thanks for the advice to stay away, I will heed your warning. –
Doghouse better than Zombieland? Really? Maybe it’s just because I’m from the UK I know the actors (who are known in the UK, but yeah you wouldn’t know them if you were from America) and they annoy me. I think Zombieland is miles better.
Hello, great podcast. I’m trying to download episode’s 4 and 5 to listen to on my I-pod but they just play not download. What am I doing wrong?
Hi. Those older episodes were done prior to us new guys taking over. I haven’t heard anyone else having trouble with them, but I think they are beyond my limited control. Dare I suggest that you listen to them on your iPod — I know I do. Cheers!
Thanks for the reply Jerry. But, that’s the problem – I’d love to listen to them on my I-pod, but when I try and download them from this webpage they automatically open up and play in Quicktime. Also think a search facility would be a welcome addition, where you could enter a movie title and locate the Podcast where you talked about it.
