Episode 24 Podcast reviews and rates two recently released DVD’s starting off with Red Hook. When a bunch of freshman college students partake in a scavenger hunt within the streets of New York, they encounter a masked killer who is set on murdering off the game players.
The second movie discussed is Carny which stars Lou Diamond Phillips. A carnival crew rolls into a peaceful and religious town where one of their newly bought showpieces, the Jersey Devil, escapes and brings chaos to the Sheriff’s department and townsmen.
The show ends with the announcement of the winner for the second trivia question promotion on HMPod.com.

On the overview podcasts page that lists each episode, you can now view the movies reviewed on each specific show by simply hovering the mouse over the show title or episode number.
We added a Juice one-click subscription button that uses the pcast:// code for compatible clients. Juice is an open source software client for podcasts that runs on all platforms including Linux.

Episode 23 Podcast is an extra episode with more movie reviews from the After Dark Horrorfest series of 2010. The discussion starts off with the analysis of The Final. Bullied high school students are sick of the torment they face year after year and take revenge on their classmates in a gruesome fashion.
The second movie reviewed and rated is ZMD: Zombies Of Mass Destruction which is yet another comedy zombie horror flick. A tiny island gets over run with flesh-eating, slow-moving zombies and it is up to a handful of locals to save this once peaceful town.

Episode 22 Podcast features Borp joining us from the Horrorphilia team who announces a new slasher cast called The Blackfoot Lounge which should be going live soon. The broadcast starts out with the analysis of The Graves. Two diverse sisters traveling through the desert stumble upon a ghost town which has grisly secrets that force them to fight for their lives every step of the way. A few infamous horror icons including Tony Todd and Bill Mosely have brief roles in this film.
The second review is for a SyFy original movie called Phantom Racer. When good buddies enter a Nascar race things turn for the worst when a deadly accident kills one of them. This leads a possessed car to seek out revenge on the locals.
The show is wrapped up with the last clue of the Trivia Question where if you submit a correct answer to us, you will receive one ticket into this months free gift drawing. Episode 21 Podcast features 2 DVD reviews from this years After Dark Horrorfest film festival also known as 8 Films To Die For. Both of these movies will be released on March 23rd, 2010.
The show starts off with the analysis and rating of Kill Theory which has a tagline of “Deep down, were all killers.” A group of college graduates head out to a secluded home in the woods only to be faced with the ultimate decision on whether to die or kill off their friends in order to survive.
The second independent review is for Lake Mungo which is filmed documentary style with interviews and film clips throughout. The Palmer family has just lost their daughter in suspicious ways and it is thought that her ghostly presence is trying to communicate to them in their home and on videotape.
