The Horror Movie Show 0059: The Whole Package
Episode 59 Podcast includes Paul Cram guest hosting who is an actor and joins the crew for a second time. Check out his main website here or leave him a message on his newly developed Guestbook here.
The show begins with a review of the fourth installment of Resident Evil, coined as Afterlife. This movie is currently playing in 3D at theaters everywhere. Milla Jovovich returns as Alice once more, in this horror movie adapted from the popular video game from CapCom. Only a few survivors are left and the group try to take down the corrupt Umbrella Corporation while dealing with gruesome zombies and searching for the safe zone known as Arcadia.
Next the hosts analyze a newly released BluRay called Feast, which was a 2005 HBO Project Greenlight film. “They’re hungry, you’re dinner” is the tagline and it is about a bunch of people get stranded inside a small town bar where there are monsters on the loose which want to eat them.

Was waiting on the Resident Evil rating, sounds good will be visiting the theaters this weekend. Thanks for reviewing all the latest horror movies. You keep me engaged every week.
Wheres the horrorguy? I always trust his reviews because he provides no fluff!
I do like Paul and that is so cool he tried out for Resident Evil Extinction, if your out there Paul let us know which part you were reading for in Part 3, very curious to know.
Thx for the info Doctor never new their were 2 sequels to Feast will watch them. Nice Pick this wk also Leviathon had that scifi take I like, well worth a DVD purchasing.
Hey Onita,
I went back and looked up the role that I auditioned for in Extinction. It was EDDIE. He’s in a fairly quick scene towards the beginning of the film, it’s the one where the old mom has the fake baby and they catch Milla and toss her down to the basement and release the Zombie dogs. They cast actor/model Rusty Joiner as EDDIE in the role. He’s what I would look like if I were taller, did steroids, and had plastic surgery.
Onita: I’m here, thanks for asking, been very busy, appreciate the comment, I will chime in on Resident Evil and Feast on the next episode.
Thanks for listening to The Horror Movie Show.
I agree with your overall ratings of RE4 but I viamintly disagree with the plot rating, remember fellas zombie movies are about survival only for the most part, now this one taken from a video game the whole point is to last as long as you can, shoot zombies and survive, I dont see a need for more of a plot than that. Individual plot for this should be like a 8-9 imho.
Bute of a podcast, Scar comes out on VOD on October 1st, you might want to check it out. It’s supposed to have tons of gore and it’s in 3d. I can’t wait to watch it! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZIV5VqI72Uc
