Take this column. Please…

Harking back to an older, gentler age — when stand-up comedians were actually funny and the guy who wore suspenders was your milkman — Master Prognosticator and Astrologer Divine Mr. Mark Elf offers up ten-plus-two mantological utterances that should see every single one of our bloodthirsty readers wiser and richer in spirit by, say, Tuesday. Just so you understand that there are no guarantees on anything but electronics. You know what I mean.

How about I Am Number Four, starring pretty-boy Alex Pettyfer? And, last but definitely not least, we include a review of Season of the Witch, starring Nicolas Cage and the always entertaining Ron Perlman. So sit back, turn the volume to 11 and enjoy….

Mr. Elf is not to be taken lightly. He is to be taken with two aspirin and maybe a shot of Pepto-Bismol, both soothing and pink. Now read on, gentle friends. Read on….
