Do you know where your deity is?

It may be later than you think. Or earlier. All depends on whether you’ve got an accurate wristwatch. If not, this is the perfect time to allow Mr. Mark Elf, prognosticator and major-league irritant, to give you a genuine, personal Horoscopocologically astute reading. If you cannot detect the exacting truth in each and every one of these mantological utterances, then we will gladly refund your money. (However, you have to send us your money first.)

This way to the most truth you’ll view all day

J.J. Abrams latest offering

Writer and director J.J. Abrams, best known as one of the big-brains behind TV’s excellent Lost and the refurbished and revivified big-screen Star Trek, has returned with Uncle Steve Spielberg as his producer. Between the two of them, they boast a lot of filmic accomplishments. But is J.J.’s latest —  the sci-fi versus the air force romp Super 8 — up to snuff? Jerry & Mark discuss this movie and several others, including Thor (but briefly) and a pair of Western horror flicks (The Burrowers and Jonah Hex). So saddle up that nine-legged horse-eating monster and mosey on down for the latest Horror Movie Show on hmpod.com. Yeeee-haw!

Help! Mr. Elf needs somebody!

Specifically, Mr. Mark Elf — prognosticator extraordinaire — needs somebody to read his latest column in which he demonstrates beyond a measure of doubt the influence of the Starry Firmament upon the most-famous and arguably the best-dressed of all rhythm combos: The Beatles. Hopefully this will lay to rest all the rumours of Paul being dead, John being the walrus and Ringo being tone-deaf.

It’s like being back in old Liverpuddly…
