The first movie rated and reviewed is the 2009 Oscar Wilde tale Dorian Gray which was just released on BluRay yesterday. Stars include Ben Barnes and Colin Firth. A kind, young man moves back to London where he gets a portrait painted of him, whereby he makes a pact with the devil to remain ageless, but this in turn makes him become a sexual deviant and a despicable man.
The second movie analyzed was a guest host pick called Dead Silence. When a ventriloquist puppet shows up on the doorstep of a couple, all hell breaks loose as the legend of Mary Shaw comes to life and starts offing everyone associated with this so-called myth. A few stars give a stellar performance including Ryan Kwanten, Donnie Wahlberg and Michael Fairman.

Episode 42 Podcast begins with the review of a new BluRay release, City Of The Living Dead, written and directed by Lucio Fulci. This movie is commonly known by a few other titles such as The Gates Of Hell and Twilight Of The Dead. A priest hangs himself which allows the dead to rise from their graves, and it is up to a psychic and reporter to stop the madness before All Saint’s Day.
The second movie analyzed is Someone’s Knocking At The Door that stars Noah Segan. Several drug addicted medical students stumble upon an unknown vial and inject themselves which causes hallucinations and a meeting with two brutal serial killers from the past.

Episode 37 Podcast begins with the review of the limited theater release of George A. Romero’s latest zombie movie called Survival Of The Dead. This movie is also available on VOD (Video On Demand) at Amazon for $9.99, with a link provided here. Two families clash as they battle against the zombies while a rogue military operation is looking for a safe haven against the flesh eating dead.
The second movie discussed is Cornered! which came out on DVD yesterday. This slasher-type flick stars Steve Guttenberg, most famously known for the Police Academy series and Ellia English a regular for 5 years on The Jamie Foxx Show. Several friends get trapped inside a convenient store with a masked serial killer on the loose.
Finally, the HorrorGal brings back the Red Box code for a free one night rental and she talks about her love of The New Daughter scare film starring Kevin Costner.

Episode 31 Podcast discussion starts off with a review of Necrosis which also has two alternative titles of Dead Of Winter and Ice Of The Dead. The ghosts of the 1800 cannibalistic voyagers of the Donner Party haunt a group of vacationing friends on the snow covered hills of the Sierra Nevada mountains.
The second movie rated and reviewed is The Fear Chamber which stars Richard Tyson, Rhett Giles and Steven Williams. An alcoholic detective must stop a whacked out surgeon who is kidnapping and cutting up innocent women victims.
The show ends with the announcement of the winner for April’s free gift giveaway promotion.

Episode 30 Podcast features an interview with Mat Kister an independent horror movie writer and director. Mat also runs one of the longest running horror podcasts on the net, Splattercast. His second film Outpost Doom is set to be released on DVD sometime in May.
Mat responds to a dozen questions about Outpost Doom including the basis of the story, creature effects, music and many other details about the movie.
The show is concluded with Mat discussing his latest work in a progress, a slasher film, he will start shooting this summer. Some sound clips were added which are pretty cool.
