The Horror Movie Show 0046: Night Terrors

Episode 46 Podcast begins with a brief look back at the first two Twilight movies. This leads us to the review of Part 3 titled Eclipse that is currently playing at theaters everywhere. This vampire/werewolf love triangle continues and Jacob tries to convince Bella that he is the right man for her. During this dramatic tale Edward must keep his love safe from an army of newly turned vampires.

The second movie analyzed is Parasomnia starring Dylan Purcell, Patrick Kilpatrick and Jeffrey Combs. The DVD was just released yesterday and the story was written and directed by William Malone who is known for his job on the movie House On Haunted Hill. A mesmerist serial killer has control over a young woman who has a very rare sleeping disorder. When a geeky guy falls for her the battle between Byron Volpe and him comes to a head.

Episode 32 Podcast is our themed show for May 2010 which is all about spiders. The hosts discuss their fears about these creepy crawly arachnids, plus review and rate 3 movies that was recorded live on TalkShoe.

The first film analyzed is Kingdom Of The Spiders starring Captain James T. Kirk, aka William Shatner. Secondly is Arachnophobia starring Jeff Daniels and funnyman John Goodman. Thirdly is Eight Legged Freaks a monster spiders farce with David Arquette and a very young Scarlett Johansson. The critics finalize it off with the one you should buy of the three arthropod flicks.

The Horror Movie Show 0016: Awesome Psycho Chick

Episode 16 Podcast features two newly released DVD reviews starting off with She’s Crushed. A woman moves into the neighborhood and gets fixated on a man that has no desire to be with her. This makes Tara extremely angry and she starts to turn on his cohorts in violent ways.

Next the two critics discuss Freeway Killer which is a true story based on the serial killer, William Bonin. Scott Leet portrays this crazy man that will stop at nothing to kill innocent teens while driving along the highway.

A viewer request from John Sealander for the movie Event Horizon is also briefly reviewed and rated. Set in the future, an outer space mission to figure out what happened to a ship that disappeared many years ago results in bizarre events and sabotage.

Two excellent recommendations are given and the final clue of the trivia question is announced. All answers must be submitted by 02/19/2010 at 11:59pm PST. Correct responses for the horror movie title will be entered into the drawing for a free gift.
